It is scheduled to open in the spring of 2024 on the site of the Athlete Village!

Hello, it's "Take-chan".

The site of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games 2020 Olympic Village held in 2021 will be reborn as HARUMI FLAG. The accommodations spent by athletes all over the world during the tournament have been renovated and are currently expected to start moving in after late March 2024. When all buildings are completed, the total number of units will exceed 5,600, making it a new city where about 12,000 people will live.

LaLa Terrace HARUMI FLAG will open in the spring of 2024 as a commercial facility of HARUMI FLAG. It seems that supermarkets, gyms, clinic malls, nursery schools, etc. have already been decided.

Was. Perhaps because it is the site of the athlete's village, the rooftop playground, small and medium common indoor pool (8 courses), and the schoolyard with artificial turf of about 6,000 square meters in total are attractive.

Thank you for reading this time as well. I was able to celebrate my second year as a correspondent. Until now, we have been promoting the appeal of Chuo-ku with little effort. I hope you will continue to enjoy it.

Speaking of which, recently, when I look at the sky in the direction of Harumi, I often see airplanes flying just before arriving at Haneda Airport.
