Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), which is a repetitive explanation, was set up for the purpose of transmitting a lifestyle with sake from Ginza here.
Since 2006, various seminars on sake have been held mainly.
This time, I would like to introduce four seminars that are currently being recruited from late June to early July.

June 20 (Thursday)
Lecturer: Mr. Misato Tokui, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Laboratory

We will hold a sake cocktail seminar to make sake more familiar.
It is a delicious sake even if you drink it as it is, but in fact it is a delicious sake even if it is a cocktail.
While learning the basic knowledge of sake, we will introduce simple recipes that can be easily made at home, recommended not only for those who like sake but also for those who are not good at sake.

You can actually drink and compare various types of plum wine while learning the trivia about plum wine, such as the utility of plum wine and differences in varieties.

We will hold a seminar where you can taste freshly squeezed sake prepared in Ginza using the sake rice "Hakutsurunishiki" cultivated on the roof of the Hakutsuru Ginza Building.
You can learn the basic knowledge of sake brewing while actually observing the fermentation process of moromi (moromi).
In addition, you can specially visit the rice field "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm" on the roof of the Hakutsuru Ginza Building, which is open to the public.
Spend summer with "Sake x Tenugui"!
July 10 (Wednesday)
Lecturer: Lecturer of Tenugui specialty store "Kawanu"
Participation fee: 5,000 yen (with lunch box & sake and 4 bottles of sake)

A seminar will be held today by inviting a lecturer from the specialty store "Kamawanu" to convey the appeal of "Tenugui".
While learning how to use tenugui in a stylish way, you will actually try to wrap a four bottle of sake (daiginjo).
And you can bring back the wrapped sake as a souvenir.
After the lecture, it is a very luxurious seminar where you can enjoy seasonal lunch and sake.
