Pine in Kakigara-cho

To maintain health (Sunny Day Edition)

As I grew older, I began to feel the importance of health as Hishihishi. Especially in the spring of 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic began, I had been working at home all the time, and soon my hands grew up in food, and I began to gain weight, so I thought Abunai. Since then, I have been paying attention to my meal and routinely walking 10,000 steps. In my case, it takes about 1,000 steps in 10 minutes, so it takes 1 hour and 40 minutes for 10,000 steps. In order to keep walking every day for such a long time, you have to be careful not to get tired.
You can walk near your house, on your way to work, on your way to travel, etc., but you can still enjoy scenic courses and varied courses.
If it's a sunny day, how about Chuo-dori that runs through Chuo-ku? From Ueno Station to Shimbashi Station, under the road is a 5km one-way course with the Ginza Line. The good points of this course are as follows.

・You can see different sights in each of Ueno-Akihabara-Kanda-Nihonbashi-Kyobashi-Ginza-Shimbashi districts, so you won't get tired of it.
・Because it is along the subway, you don't have to worry about sudden changes in weather or physical condition.
・The electric wires are underground, so the view over the sky is beautiful.
・The sidewalk is wide and easy to walk.
・There are many restaurants, so you can eat and take a break at any time.

If you make a round trip, it will be more than 2 hours, more than 10,000 steps. If you walk on the east and west sides of the road on the outbound and return trips, you can enjoy the change because the shops and buildings you can see change. How about walking that can balance sightseeing and maintenance of health?
Next time, I will write a rainy day edition.
