Do "rickshaw" and "rodem" run in Yaesu-Nihonbashi?
Tokyo Midtown Yaesu opened in March, and the redevelopment of the city is progressing in the Yaesu-Nihonbashi area, but I heard interesting news.
With a new electric mobility called "Rickshaw" and "RODEM", a service called "Machi Mobi" has been launched around the city of Yaesu and Nihonbashi.

As you know, Nihonbashi is the birthplace of the rickshaw. Inspired by the inventor Yosuke Izumi and others, Nihonbashi was the first place to open in 1870.
Until now, there has been a rickshaw service in the Nihonbashi area, but we rarely see rickshaws in the city.
"Machimobi" departs from Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, crosses Yaesu Street, Chuo-dori, Nihonbashi, and goes around the route that turns back at Fukutoku Shrine in Muromachi. It seems that the rickshaw service is currently being prepared, but I'm looking forward to seeing the rickshaw running quickly in Nihonbashi, the birthplace of the rickshaw.
