A step

A "fresh" bakery

Looking at Nihonbashi, I found a bakery "Bread no Miho", which just opened on July 1st (Saturday). Two banners are set up at the entrance of the Shukatasha Building on Anjin Street at Nihonbashi Muromachi 1-chome, which is a landmark. The shop is located on the 7th floor of this building, and the signboard of the shop is the elevator that jumps up and jumps into your eyes.

For the time being, there are three types of sales only on Saturday and handmade!

There are three types of homemade bread, 100% domestic wheat, British bread, and brown sugar bread. All are 1,000 yen including tax. The yeast is "Shirokami Kodama Yeast" in the Shirakami Mountains, a World Natural Heritage Site, and the water is natural water from the Southern Japanese Alps. Domestic wheat uses Hokkaido's "Yumechikara" and is characterized by a feeling of mochi, but I bought British bread for morning toast. Brown sugar bread is also popular. Currently, it is open only every Saturday from 10:00 am to the evening, but two years later, if we want to increase the number of types such as buckets and have a store with a cafe, we are expanding not only bread dough but also dreams. The photo was approved by the owner, Miho Katagiri.
