A sluice gate that was usually overlooked by the flow of the Sumida River. It plays an important role in preventing flood damage. It is also essential for the navigation of ships due to the difference in ebb and flow.

On the other side of the stream, you can see the restaurants "Jisaku", "St. Luke Garden" and "St. Luke International Hospital".

If you walk as it is, the flow will gently curve to your left, and after a while you walk, you will see Tsukuda-ohashi Bridge.

Completed in the year of the Tokyo Olympics in 1964, Tsukuda's ferry, which continued since the Edo period, was abolished. You can also see the Tokyo Sky Tree from around here.
