Minatokko Diary Tanabata of Minatokko-chan
Minatokko Diary
It was a beautiful sunset, Mr. Tanabata on July 7.
Did Orihime and Hikoboshi meet across the Milky Way?
Here in Chuo-ku, you can meet nine expressive bridges across the Sumida River.
Minato-ko decorated the bamboo leaves.
The blue and thin leaves sway in the wind, making it cool.
In the Edo era, on the evening of July 6, Sasatake was called for sale, and people in Edo City bought them together and displayed them high on the roof.
At the 100 best views of Edo in Hiroshige Utagawa, there is a picture called "City Prosperity Tanabata festival".
Minato-ko imitated and decorated lucky items, such as Daifuku Book, abacus, gourds, sea bream, etc.
Then, "Tenharu Senta-kun" of Chuo-ku sightseeing certification character!
Strips with wishes…。
"I hope you can discover a lot of the charms of Chuo-ku… by Minato kid,"
And I pray that many people will visit Chuo-ku.…。
I love it! Chuo-ku
I thought about it.
The history of Tanabata dates back to the ancient custom of Tang dynasty called "Kikkoden" from China. It was said that water was poured into a tub and the star floating in the sky was reflected. It's wonderful.
Since ancient times, in Japan, there has been a custom called "Tanabata", in the hope of purification and fertility, and dedicated kimono woven with heart to God. This was done on the night of July 7 in preparation for the Bon Festival. From that, it is said that the word "Tanabata" came to be applied.
In addition, the woman who was selected as the role of weaving kimono was called "Tanabatatsume" and was buried in the hut "Hataya", which weaves cloth. Tanabata is linked to the religion of water because the hut was located on the waterside where the village was inhabited.
It was during the Edo period that strips and decorations were hung on bamboo bamboo grass as it is now.
I made a bamboo boat with the bamboo leaves of Chimaki that I bought at a nearby Japanese confectionery shop.♪
In the town of Chuo-ku, I found a lot of decorative bamboo grass.
In the schoolyard of an elementary school, at a flower shop, at the entrance of a company…。
Chuo-ku, a town with a seasonal expression.
If you find it, it will be fun.
