　Ginza Phoenix Plaza is a facility where you can rent a conference room on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Paper and Pulp Kaikan Co., Ltd.　The Paper and Pulp Hall is famous for raising bees on the rooftop, and companies participating in the "Ginza Mitsubachi Project" sell products using this honey.

　This time, I would like to report on the alumni association on the 3rd floor held at Ginza Phoenix Plaza and the social gathering held on the 2nd floor.　I used Sun-mi's catering for meals.

It's a double layered weight.

Ichinoju is served beautifully with silver cod Saikyo-yaki, shrimp cadaifu fried, squir crab new fried, Ta Kigo, abalone (soft steamed abalone with amoi-flavored rock glue bean paste), and Ninoju is served with Ise shrimp yolk vinegar, mango sauce tailoring, Japanese black beef softly boiled and red rice. (I forgot to take a picture of the food because I was hungry.)

Sun-mi is a restaurant "Sanmi Takamatsu" with its main store in Ginza 6-3-9, where you can enjoy Japanese, French and Italian dishes.
