Hello, it's "Take-chan". I think there are many people who enjoy the summer vacation. At the end of summer, the walking season is finally coming.

But walking alone is good news for those who are a little anxious. The Tokyo Metropolitan Sports and Culture Agency seems to hold "TOKYO Walk 2023" around Lake Tama on September 16 (Sat) and around the Tokyo Shitamachi area on December 2 (Sat).

There are three types of courses, and you can apply according to your physical strength, such as about 18 km for long, about 10 km for middle, and 5 km for short. "Take-chan" will also challenge the long course on Saturday, December 2!

　Long course: Approximately 18km (Tokyo Metropolitan Sayama Park-Higashimurayama Yasaka Shrine-Higashiyamato South Park, etc.)

　Middle course: Approx. 10km (Tokyo Metropolitan Sayama Park-Higashimurayama Chuo Park-Lake Tama, etc.)

　Short course: Approximately 5km (Tokyo Metropolitan Sayama Park-Seibu Tamako Line-Lake Tama, etc.)

2nd: "Reiwa and Showa" "Course to Enjoy the Change of TOKYO" which goes from historic buildings to trend spots.

Course by distance

　Long course: Approx. 19 km (Tokyo Metropolitan Kiba Park, Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, etc.)

　Middle course: Approximately 11km (Tokyo Metropolitan Kiba Park-Tokyo Station-Eitai Bridge, etc.)

　Short course: Approximately 5km (Tokyo Metropolitan Kiba Park-Kiyosumi Park-Tomioka Hachimangu Shrine, etc.)

Participation fee (pre-registered person)

Adults 1,000 yen Junior and senior high school students, 75 years old and over 500 yen Free for elementary school students and younger

※Sports entry fee of about 220 yen is required separately.
