Nihonbashi Shaved Ice Festival 2023
In the Nihonbashi, Yaesu, and Kyobashi areas, "ECO EDO Nihonbashi 2023-Meguri, Connecting, The Wisdom of Edo" is being held.
Various events will be held until September 3, but from August 10 to 13, we went to "Nihonbashi shaved ice festival 2023" held at COREDO Muromachi Terrace Oya Square.
In the heat of over 30 ° C, six stores, including long-established stores, famous stores, and hotels, sell attractive original shaved ice. All of them looked delicious and I had two shaved ice.
This is the "Nagasaki Milk Sashiki Rapid Ice" at Bunmeido Cafe.
It has a fluffy texture that you can't imagine as shaved ice. The yogurt sauce is colorful hailed, and plenty of bean paste is topped, creamy and responsive.
At the store, you will be greeted by the cute "Kankanbare" of Bunmeido.
This is the "Wberry with apricot scent" of Zamandarin Oriental Gourmet Shop. The flavor of berries spreads in your mouth. It's like a cocktail, refreshing adult shaved ice.
The store was decorated with a mandarin oriental half coat.
"Nihonbashi Shaved Ice Festival" is for four days until August 13, but "ecoedo Shaved Ice Tour" is being held until September 3. Even after August 14th, there will be original shaved ice at a long-established and famous store in the Nihonbashi area. You can taste it.
You can also eat Bunmeido's "Nagasaki Milk Saiki Sarafu Wakaki Ice" at the Nihonbashi Main Store Bunmeido Cafe.
