2023 Hatchobori Summer Festival
On August 31 and September 1, the "2023 Hatchobori Summer Festival" was held at Keika Square in Hatchobori.
It was held for the first time in four years, and it was very busy.
The lily of the valley street in front of Keika Square was also restricted, and there were stalls selling yakitori and Frankfurt, and there were many people working nearby as well as local people.
In addition to the familiar Tokyo Ondo and coal mines, everyone dances happily to many performances such as local songs such as Oedo Hatchobori Ondo and Home Run Ondo.
Keika Square, the venue for the event, is the former Keika Elementary School, one of the reconstruction elementary schools constructed with the aim of recovering after the Great Kanto Earthquake that occurred just 100 years ago.
I thought it was very happy to be able to overcome COVIT19 and enjoy Bon Odori together in this place, and Tokyo Dumbo has also danced in a circle.
Finally, the launch of the annual fireworks of the Hatchobori Summer Festival was held and opened.
When I left the venue, I could get a souvenir of canned beer, and I felt "Hatchobori is the best!"
