Materials
Kyoho Hitofusa (commercially available grape juice is also acceptable)
Carbonated water
Citrus fruits such as citrus
How to make it
①After washing Kyoho cleans it, take it one by one from the tuft, put it in a pot, and boil it in water enough to soak the whole. When it boils, boil it down in about 20 minutes by mouth fire. Adjust the amount of water, etc. while watching the condition.
②Turn off the heat when the grape juice has already melted in water. Cool it a little and then filter it with a rug.
③Cool the grape juice in the refrigerator.
(You can also use commercial grape juice instead of the processes from 1 to 3.)
④Put plenty of ice in a glass, pour a proper amount of grape juice, break it with carbonated water, and finish. It would be nice to add a thin sliced citrus or lemon to the edge of the glass.

<John's Gospel 15:5>
At the Tsukiji Catholic Church, there is a copper-made Western bell with an old history.
It was cast in Lenne, France in 1876.
Jeanne Louise of Edo.
The name is Father Rumaresha, the second chief priest.
Jeanne Louise, Edo, first arrived at the Bishop in Yokohama, where a naming ceremony was held.
In fact, in Jeanne Louise of Edo, there is a little older sister, Adelaide Josephine, who came late. This was donated by the French legal scholar Boasonard.
At that time, at the Tsukiji Catholic Church, Louise and Josephine, duet together, signaling the time of prayer.
Then, when the Bishop moved to Sekiguchi, Josephine moved there.
The torso of Jeanne Louise in Edo is in French.
"JE SUIS VENUE DU RENNES EN L'ANNEE 1876" (Translation: I came from Renne in 1876).
"NOMMEE JEANNE LOUISE DE YEDO" (translated by Jeanne Louise of Edo)
I have a positive casting name.
And Maria, the angels, and Christ on the cross are embossed, and a small rose pattern decorates the edge of the bell.
Now it is hung on a table reminiscent of a church pediment at the front entrance, while a small flower is swaying in the wind.
The quiet appearance seems to gently talk to us about memories of Tsukiji foreign settlements.
