On April 8, 2019, a new restaurant "Shokudo Tavern Boiled Store Aka eggplant" opened, directly connected to Tokyo Metro Kyobashi Station and separated by a wall from the studio of Chuo FM.
As the name of the shop, "simmered" and "red eggplant" (tomato) are famous.
There are two types: "Gyuji stew" (soy sauce flavor) and "Flow (lung) stew" (miso flavor). How do you add tomato puree?
Also, the assortment of sake "Dassai" is amazing. I compared five kinds of drinks.
