This time, you can enjoy the scenery from Shinkawa Park on the Sumida River Terrace.
If you look at the south side, you can see the Sumida River, a group of high-rise condominiums at Ishikawajima Park and River City 21 in the center.
The right side is the main stream, and the left side is the river (Harumi Canal).
Chuo-ohashi Bridge and the main stream of Sumida River
Chuo-ohashi Bridge spans the main stream of the Sumida River.
Completed in 1993 (1993), this is a diagonal bridge connecting Shinkawa (right) and Tsukuda (left).
From the left to the center of the screen is Tsukuda and Tsukishima districts, and the high-rise building at the back right is St. Luke's Tower in Akashicho.
Aioi Bridge and Sumida River School River (Harumi Canal)
Aioi Bridge is a bridge over the Sumida River School River (Harumi Canal) and connects Tsukuda (right) and Echinakajima (left) in Koto-ku.
The steel truss girder bridge was completed in 1998.
Eitai Bridge and Tokyo Sky Tree
On the north side (left) of the terrace, you can see Eitai Bridge up close.
The current Eitai Bridge is a steel arch bridge built in 1926 (1926).
It has a solid appearance and has been designated as a national important cultural property in 2007 (2007).
When it is lit up, it is illuminated by a bright blue light.
At the back left of Eitai Bridge, you can see the Tokyo Sky Tree.
