"Kotobuki Shikiya" in Ningyocho closed on August 31, 2023.
It's a kishimen shop right next to Exit A4.
I'm very sorry because I loved it.
According to the sticker, land readjustment was the reason.
It was one day in September 2023 that I learned that the store was closed.
It was open at noon on weekdays, so if you can take a break on weekdays, let's go to eat Kotobuki Kiya's kishimen! I've been looking forward to it for a long time.
On the day when I thought it would come true. I was surprised to learn that the store was closed.
Noodle with a smooth texture and good throat.
The tempura is thin and you can feel the taste of the ingredients directly.
The taste of refreshing bonito soup stock.
…All of these were my favorite.
The onion tempura was my favorite. Especially the place where the clothes are thin.
The sweetness of the fried onions stands out. This matched the soup stock.
I want to eat Anokishimen with Ano tempura!
Next time, I want to go to Kishimen Kotobuki Kiya again! I always thought about it.
The store layout that you can easily enter was also attractive.
Inside the store with stool chairs lined up on a long and narrow table by the window.
You can sit down and eat it, just like a stand-up type.
Even if there is a line, you can go at a "good pace" so you don't feel stressed at all.
I also liked such a place.
Sales in Ningyocho for 60 years
![Kishimen "Kotobuki Kiya", which has been open in Ningyocho for 60 years, is regrettable.](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/img_data/CBLOGIMG4350_1_1.jpg?20231028091927)

The owner saw a sticker (pictured) written by the owner, but since 1964, it has been operating in this area for 60 years as a Japanese soba shop and a kishimen shop.
There are many companies in Ningyocho, and the city is full of people at noon.
In Ningyocho, I thought that the style of Kotobuki Kiya, which was focused on the busy hours of lunch on weekdays, was not wasteful and was very efficient.
In recent years, only lunch time (from 11:00 to 14:00?) It's open or until evening (around 11:00 to 18:00?) It's a business. I remember that the business hours of the store were extended or shortened in the situation at that time.
