French restaurant where you can eat buoyer base ★Opuses
I used Restaurant Week for the first time in a long time.
This time, I chose this restaurant
Because there was a buoyer base on the menu.
It's hard to eat buoyer base in Japan.
I didn't have a lot of soup like Marseille's buoyer base, but
Shrimp, clam, moul shellfish, and sweet sea bream were crisp and delicious.
Also, the fact that Ebodai came out in the finaleo fish is novel (laughs).
And after the main Sangen pork, TKG.
This is optional, but I tried to order it.
I wondered what TKG is, but egg rice!
Break the egg, break it and mix it with rice.
The dessert is only gray, and it is a type of dessert that breaks down crispy.
There is a small rice cake inside and it is good to eat.
Drink three kinds of foam, white, red and wine.
Each dish is unique and very interesting.
I enjoyed it with an exciting configuration.
It seems that fish are purchased from Yaizu.

I think this Royal Park Hotel was built in 2019.
It's very beautiful, so I thought it's more recently.
There was a bar on the first floor and the restaurant was on the 14th floor.
Outside, we could see a Mont Blanc building and it was a moody restaurant.
There seems to be a terrace, so lunch will have a different atmosphere.
