Commuting on a stylish boat! What is the recommended seat for "Boat Trip Commuting"?
(Photo: "LaLaport Toyosu" was taken from the ship.)
The service started in October 2023, and we tried a boat trip commuter (Nihonbashi-Toyosu route) where you can enjoy the charm of the city center and the waterfront.
The seat I recommend most.…
There are two types of boats used for boat trip commuting. It's different for tide level that day.

There are two types of ships used for boat trip commuting.
・Urban Lunch (Capacity: 41)
・Limousine boat (passenger capacity: 11)
That's right.
On the day I boarded, it was operated by two smaller "limousine boats" instead of the "Urban Lunch" that I often saw on TV and news.
In order to safely pass under the bridge of the Nihonbashi River, where the bridge girder is low, tide level seems to use a small "limousine boat" instead of a large "Urban Lunch" on a high day.
On the day, up to the first 11 people boarded the first limousine boat in the order of reception and departed earlier.
It was said that the twelfth and subsequent people could board the second ship without waiting almost.
The recommended seat is the end of the boat! Number of Passenger Capacity: 11 limousine boat seats
(Figure: Onboard image of the limousine boat when boarding in November 2023)
The inside of the limousine boat (11 passengers) is shown in the figure.
Indicates the seat arrangement of 11 seats, the direction of the body when sitting in the seat, the position of the window, etc.
If you want to take a picture of the scenery outside the window with a camera, I thought (it's a personal impression) the last seat was good.
The seat at the end is somewhat spacious, and you can see the outside view through the window behind.
I was not the last seat, but when I twisted my body for a moment and looked back, I was able to see the beautiful night view outside the window, and I was able to take pictures.
The inside of the ship was turned off and it was very quiet. It seems that it is a quiet design ship.
The seats were very comfortable to sit, and I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing "boat trip commuting" for 20 minutes.
"Boat trip commuting" where you can enjoy the waterside and night view of the city is a speedy and reasonable one-way 500 yen.
