Ramen and Taichazuke in Ginza ★Noodle Ginsasa

Speaking of Ginza lunch when you don't have much time, curry or soba.
I don't usually eat ramen, but I don't usually eat ramen.
How about a ramen shop in Ginza? I searched on the internet.

It doesn't seem to be a chain in Ginza 8-chome, which is close to the next purpose.
A ramen shop named "Ginzasa" came out.

A shop located in a narrow alley in Ginza 8-chome near Shiodome.
There were about three people outside.
I was asked to buy a meal ticket first, so I bought a meal ticket at a ticket vending machine.

The recommendation was salt ramen and half sea bream rice.
Attracted by the name of white soy sauce, I made white soy sauce and half sea bream rice.

There is a spout on one side of the bowl, and it seems that ramen soup is pickled in sea bream.
It looks delicious~♪

Add a topping of taste ball. The noodles were my favorite fine noodles.
The char siew is a toro.
And the white soy sauce is very elegant, but it is rich and delicious.

While eating the sea bream rice as it is, leave about half and pour ramen soup.
There were quite a lot of noodles, so I'm already quite full.
You can eat taichazuke (laughs).

There are blue and black lumps in the condiment, and when you eat it, it is somewhat savory.
When I asked the shopkeeper on the way home, he said he had fried flavored vegetables.

The rotation was fast and the audience was clear.
It's quite a favorite taste, so I'd like to come again.
