What is the background of the development of "TOKYO Kuromitsu LAGER"?
As the craft beer market continues to grow against the backdrop of the diverse needs of consumers, various flavors and new styles of beer are being developed.
Among them, there are few products focusing on "sweetness", but we believe that there are potential needs, and we have developed a sweet type craft beer taste (Happoshu) that can be used as sweets and desserts and can be enjoyed slowly in the "home drinking" scene. Was done.
What are the product features of TOKYO Black Mitsu LAGER?
Focusing on the compatibility between black honey and black beer, we collaborated with three companies, Eitaro Sohonho, Ishikawa Sake Brewery, and Kokubun Metropolitan Area, who were founded in the Edo period to make the ratio the best balanced product. Has been continued.
We use black honey using brown sugar from Okinawa luxuriously, and use five types of malt: Pilsen, Munich, caramel, chocolate and black.
The subsoil water of the Chichibu Mountains is used for preparation water.
Please enjoy the deep and exquisite taste that combines the elegant sweetness of the black glow of Eitaro Sohonho and the richness of Dunkel (black beer) of Ishikawa Shuzo.
