An organization that takes care of flower beds on the Sumida River Terrace with the cooperation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Park Association is called "Hanamori-san". Hanamori is attended by volunteers from the town council, women's associations, nursery schools, kindergartens, welfare centers, etc. If you look into the flowerbed, you will find it fun to have a wooden tag with the name of the group.
