Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm, rice planting again this year in 2019-Hakuzuru Sake Brewery-

This is rosemary sea, which finds Espoir in "Gift and Enjoy yourself".

Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), who always introduces seminars, is located in the Tokyo branch office building of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. headquartered in Kobe.

This time, we introduce the rice planting of "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm" on the roof of this Ginza building.

As part of disseminating sake, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has been working on the cultivation of "Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm" as a project to make rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building since 2007, and has been developing its own rice "Hakutsuru Nishiki". I am working on it.

This is the 13th and 13th rice planting, but as I introduced last year, rice planting with general customers is the second time since last year.

Today, June 8 (Saturday) is the debut of this year's Hakuzuru Nishiki, rice planting.

Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. Hakutsuru Ginza Style Fukumoto, who always takes care of the introduction of the seminar, was taken care of again.

Shiratsuru Ginza Tenku Farm Team Leader Shota Takao was also taken care of.

This year's rice planting seems to be running an e-mail magazine to those who have come to the Hakutsuru Ginza style seminar, but among the 197 people who were guided only there and applied 44 people who were selected by lottery, this is a rice planting where you can experience this person.

The special guest is Miss Sake (Miss SAKE) Haruta Sae, who has come to Miss Sake again this year.

In addition, 18 international students, Nihon University and Kudan Japanese Language Institute have also participated.

At 10 a.m., everyone gathers on the 7th floor.

Yoshihiko Nakao, Executive Officer of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., President of Tokyo Branch, Miss Sake, Associate Professor Ritsuko Nakamura, Nihon University Research Institute, followed by greetings and words.

Finally, Shota Takao, Team Leader, gave the following explanation.

・ History of Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm

・ How to plant rice

Cut off 4.5 seedlings and plant them deep with three fingers.

Forty-four people are divided into four groups from A to D, and group A will plant rice.

Move to the rooftop for each group and become barefoot or beach sandals.

The same applies to international students.

The weather on this day is cloudy and there is no wind. The temperature is just right.

Overturning the weather forecast "100% probability of precipitation" a few days ago, it is rather a perfect day for rice planting.

With Mr. Takao's shout, the members of Group A who entered the rice field, Mr. Haruta of Miss Sake, rice planting where the tape was drawn, started.

Haruta is a student of Doshisha University, born in Osaka, and is a beautiful slender with a height of 171 cm.

Congratulations on being selected as Miss Sake.

Thank you very much.

Have you lived in Tokyo since you were selected as a Grand Prix?

Yes, I will take a leave of university this year and concentrate on Miss Sake activities.

It seems that you have already experienced rice planting.

I have experienced it in Gunma Prefecture and Kyoto Prefecture. This is the third time.

(It was forecasted to rain) I was thrilled by the weather forecast.

I would like to hear your impressions of rice planting.

When I was the finalist of Miss Sake, I visited Tenku Farm once.

It's around February and March.

There are international students today, so do you say that there are also conditions in terms of transmitting Japanese culture, or because the location is Ginza, you say that you will be interested in overseas people as well? I think it will be a wonderful experience that there is no other.

ーIn the fall, these seedlings grow and harvest rice.

I'm looking forward to seeing the seedlings we planted grow by all means in rice harvesting.

Well, let me have an interview at the very least. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much.

The only person who participated in last year's rice harvesting was this time.

・・・ Rice planting is finished safely. I hope you grow up strong.

Everyone went down to the 7th floor in order, and was sampled and filled out a questionnaire on "Sake at Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm" made last year, which was harvested here, and it was dissolved at will.

Everyone, you were satisfied with the rice planting experience.

This is an interview with the participants.

A couple from Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, brought a pet robot "AIBO".

How was rice planting?

His wife, "It was pleasant."

ーDo you have any experience in planting rice?

My husband, "I've been planting rice several times.

However, it is the first time to plant in a shallow place (the depth of the rice field) in Ginza.

I would like to participate in this event again if I have a chance.

There is a "Sake Making with Rice in Tokorozawa", and even if you say that it is a member there, it is only a member who can receive sake, but tomorrow June 9 is rice planting.

I can't go tomorrow because I have a plan."

Have you tasted it?

His wife, "A cup after a job, alcohol is delicious."

My husband, "I have a good chance and it's delicious."

ーThe weather was somehow good.

His wife, "I'm glad I didn't rain."

Thank you very much.

A woman who participated with her friends, living in Koto-ku

How was rice planting?

"I missed my application last year.

I did rice planting for the first time, but it was interesting.

It's just fun.

It would be hard if there were too many (rice planting seedlings)."

The weather was nice, didn't it?

"I'm glad I didn't see it."

Have you tasted it?

"I drank it. It was delicious.

I don't know much about the taste of sake, but it's a valuable sake."

Thank you very much.
