Wine and cheese

Michelin Japanese food "Suzugi" which is easy to go and affordable.

It is a Japanese restaurant that I have been visiting since the opening of the restaurant. At that time, when a customer came to the office, there was a request to eat Japanese food, so if I went to that newly opened store and made a reservation to see it, I had Shinkansen time, so I would like to ask within 2 hours, I was refused that I could not do it. (Despite being rude) At that time, I thought it was a very expensive restaurant, so I went out with my wife at a later date to see what kind of food they would serve. Then all the dishes were delicious, especially the bowls were exquisite. I was convinced to hear why I was refused before. He said he was doing it alone, and if he couldn't see the food, he would bother visitors. So the number of people seems to be limited to about 10 people a day. I've got Michelin in a few years since it opened. The menu changes every month and you can taste seasonal ingredients. This time, I went to see it on May fourth.

Currently, it is seven years after taking one Michelin star, and as mentioned above, I have been attending since the opening of the store, but my attitude has not changed at all. We don't focus on sake or wine. People who can't drink alcohol should come and eat seasonal items (sometimes change in one day). He said he wanted to make a restaurant that suits his height, aiming to make dishes that are not embarrassed even in entertainment.
