The tallest wooden building in Nihonbashi (18 floors above ground and 84m high) in Japan

According to news from January last month, Mitsui Fudosan and Takenaka Corporation have 18 floors above ground and 84 meters high in Nihonbashi.
It was announced that the construction of a wooden rental office building was started.
Based on the concept of "creating a forest in Nihonbashi", the tentative name is "Nihonbashi Honmachi 1-chome No. 3 Project".
It is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
In the wooden building, we removed the Hulic commercial building (12 floors above ground, 60.5 meters high) in Ginza.
It is expected to be the highest level in Japan at the time of completion.

Compared to general steel-framed office buildings, CO2 emissions can be reduced by about 30%.
Wood is also used for interior and finishing materials to create a design that allows you to feel the "easiness and warmth unique to wood".
It's okay.
I think the office environment where you can touch trees while working and feel the scent is also wonderful.
When it is completed, it is a spot that you definitely want to visit.
