Mitsui Memorial Museum
I'm Hinamatsuri on March third. This year, we are also holding the "Mitsui Family Hina" exhibition at the Mitsui Memorial Museum. The Hina doll and dolls that the Mitsui family's wife and daughters have valued are open to the public.
The Hina doll created from Edo, Meiji and Showa eras is all gorgeous and gorgeous. Hina tools are elaborately made to the details, and I'm not tired of watching them all the time.
I've taken some photos from the OK exhibition, so I'll introduce you.
↓This is the inner and back chick with a neat look and luxurious costume.
Below is one of the highlights of the exhibition, a five-tiered hina-tiered decoration with a width of about 4 meters. I'm overwhelmed by its size and luxury.
It was donated to the Mitsui Memorial Museum by Hisako Asano, the eldest daughter of the eleventh generation of the Kita Mitsui family, Takako, the wife of Hisaya, the founder of the Asano Zaibatsu, Soichiro Asano. In addition to Hina doll, the doll tools arranged in the lower row are very elaborate miniatures, decorated with arabesque lacquer on the paulownia crest, the crest of the Mitsui family, paulownia crest.
↓Is this Mount Kachikachi? A bunbuku tea pot? A cat and a mouse? There were also cute dolls on display.
I enjoyed it very much. This is an exhibition.
