Kento Koganezawa / 1974, an internationally active artist in painting, video, and three-dimensional works.
Shigejiro Sano / 1900-1987 has many fans with unique drawing characters and bindings and illustrations along with oil paintings.
In particular, in line drawing (drawing) works, their work is based on nuance-rich drawing lines and margins.
How is "drawing", which draws a line and draws an image (image) different from cutting/illustration? What is the sense of movement caused by a series of images?
In this exhibition, Kento Koganezawa looked at Shigejiro Sano's works in the museum's collection and selected hundreds of works by himself. Based on Sano's original cut picture, which spreads the story with a stylish image reminiscent of a scene in a movie, Koganezawa creates a new installation that develops into time, space, plane and three-dimensional.
Highlights of the exhibition
1.Shigejiro Sano by Kento Koganezawa: Imagination and motion
Modern landscapes of Paris, such as the streets and people drawn by Sano, will be developed into the exhibition space of the Kamakura Annex under the interpretation of Koganezawa.
2.A large number of original cut drawings by Shigejiro Sano were unveiled for the first time
A large number of drawings owned by the museum will be exhibited in their original state.

The first issue from 1955 to July 1969, when Shigejiro Sano of "Ginza Hundred Points" was in charge of the cover, was exhibited at the exhibition venue.
I think it's better to say a small painting. How to use "Ginza Hundred Points" drawn with handwritten characters and brushes like painters...I don't want to put it in the picture frame.
Currently published monthly "Ginza Hundred Points" uses Shigejiro Sano's character as the title of the cover.
