"SHOKUIKI" is an event of Kyobashi Edgran, where you can taste the food of Edo. The third round of the final round is a Chinese lunch that offers authentic Chinese at a reasonable price.
Located on the 6th floor of Kyobashi Edgransaus, "Iwaen Kyobashi Store" is an authentic Chinese restaurant with chefs of Shanghai, Guangdong and Sichuan cuisine, as well as specialists from various fields such as dim sum masters and pottery masters. Private rooms with different interiors one by one are wonderful! You can also use the terrace seat when it gets warm.
This time, the SHOKUIKI collaboration menu will be offered as a chef's recommended best set meal (2,000 yen including tax), in which the chef prepares the best dishes using carefully selected ingredients. Soup: Yakuzen-style steamed soup with winter root vegetables
It is a soup made by steaming medicinal ingredients such as pigeongi, annin, and dragon eyes, and vegetables such as radish and carrots for one hour. There are 12 kinds of materials used. Each taste blends together to create a mild and gentle taste. There are plenty of ingredients, so it's like a soup to eat. It's a medicinal style, but there's no habit, so you can drink it deliciously.
Appetizer: Add komatsuna with sticky water dumplings sesame sauce
Speaking of gyoza in China, it seems that it is water gyoza. Gyoza made with shrimp and pork is served with spicy sesame sauce like a bangsy. The mochi-mochi dumplings have a smooth throat. It is accompanied by "Komatsuna" of Edo vegetable. Komatsuna, which is said to have been named by Edo shogunate Yatsushiro Shogun Yoshimune Tokugawa, is a vegetable representing Edo vegetables. Even though I just boiled it in a salty soup, the core was crisp, the leaves were sweet, and I was impressed with the professional finish. It's delicious even if you eat it with gyoza sauce.
Main: Chinese potove of Edo vegetables and Kirishima pork
The pork that is large enough to eat is Kirishima pork in Kagoshima Prefecture. It is a specialty pork that is also used for chashu in Summer Japanese Garden, and is characterized by its sweet fat. The colorful vegetables are attached to it. "Radish" and "Shandongna" are Edo vegetables. Anyway, the soup that shines golden is exquisite! It is a taste that can never be served at home, exquisitely mixed with acidity, sweetness and spiciness. The spicy flavor stimulates your appetite. If you like spicy foods, you can enjoy the change in taste by adding a separate sauce.
