In memory of Yoko Yamamoto, who served as an image model of Yamamoto-noriten for 57 years, the memorial special exhibition "Yoko Yamamoto and Yamamoto-noriten - 57 Years Looking Back in Photography" is being held at the special corner of Nihonbashi Main Store.
The old photos and kimonos of Yoko are on display. With the permission of the shop, I took a picture, so I will introduce some of them.

Yamamoto-noriten signed an exclusive model contract with Yoko Yamamoto in 1967 (Showa 42), and Yoko was a new actress in his third year of debut at that time, but he had the same `` Yamamoto '' last name, It seems that he was adopted as "It is perfect for the image of Yamamoto-noriten" because he has a neat face that suits him, but because he has a strong and cheerful face.
Also, I worked for a securities company in Nihonbashi before my debut, and I felt the connection with Yamamoto-noriten, who has been doing business in Nihonbashi for a long time.
Approximately 40 TV commercials featuring Yoko were aired by 2004, exclusive contracts lasted for 57 years until this year, and in 2009 (Heisei 21), Guinness was recognized as the "world's longest record of exclusive talent contracts."
