Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), which is a repetitive explanation, was set up for the purpose of transmitting a lifestyle with sake from Ginza here.

Since 2006, various seminars on sake have been held mainly.

This is a seminar on the theme of "summer sake" where you can enjoy sake in summer.

Sake is a rare sake in the world, "good to cool, warm and good" sake.

We will give a lecture on how to drink suitable for the hot season, alcohol recommended for cold sake and its characteristics.

In addition, it is a valuable opportunity to taste the mysterious sake "Mizore Sake", which is made by freezing beautifully as if the snow falls when you pour cold sake.

  Participation: 4th to 6th grade elementary school students and their parents

       (Accompany siblings can also participate in advance.)

Under the theme of "What can be made from rice and water", this seminar is for elementary school students to learn about traditional Japanese food culture in an easy-to-understand manner.

You can enjoy learning about familiar fermented foods and sake through experiments, quizzes, and experiences.

You can also visit the rice field "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm" on the rooftop of the Ginza Building, which is not normally open to the public, and it is a good opportunity to experience nature in the middle of the city.

Participation fee is free and souvenirs are included.

Learn the mechanism of fermentation that occurs in these familiar foods in an easy-to-understand manner through experiments and quizzes!

Japanese sake is a traditional fermented food.

Its ingredients are special rice and water.

Compare the eating of raw materials and observe the actual fermentation, and experience the fermentation with your five senses!

You can specially visit the rice field "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm" on the roof of the building, which is not normally open to the public.

Let's observe the growth of rice, which is a raw material for sake, while enjoying nature at a farm in the middle of Tokyo!

We will welcome Mr. Toji, the chief executive of sake brewing, and will show you plenty of valuable stories that you can not usually hear, such as stories about sake brewing sites, trivia and hardship stories.
