Azalea's thought
Flowers in Chuo-ku are azaleas (including Satsuki).
It was established in 1987 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the administration of Chuo Ward.
The azaleas bloom here and it's beautiful.
There is a spotted pattern on the upward petals.
This pattern is a "mitsuhyo" that informs you of the existence of honey. It is also called a guide mark, a nectar guide, etc. If you observe the flowers in detail, you can see that there is a nectar gland at the bottom of the petals with the nectar mark. Insects such as bees are attracted to flowers and helped pollinate.

Azaleas are planted on sidewalks, median strips, and around buildings.
Be careful and try to observe it.
