Mali Ode (large temari / Mari) is a deciduous shrub of the linden arrowwood family. According to the theory, this species is a ornamental flower (neutral flower) of the small bisexual flower in the center of the foreheaded yabudemari that grows naturally in Yamano (so-called temari bloom), and a flower that resembles a hydrangea is regarded as temari, also known as Temaribana, and the English name is Japanese Snowball. When it begins to bloom, it gradually changes to white in lime green. The appearance of the branches protruding widely sideways, and the appearance of Mali of "large ring" in full bloom like a bell at the tip of the young branch is gorgeous. Horticultural varieties such as pink Ode Mali with pink flower color and blooming varieties are produced. The leaf veins on the surface of the leaves are dented and there are saw teeth on the edge, and the autumn leaves beautifully. By the way, temari-like flowers bloom with a name similar to Mali Ode, and the aforementioned hydrangea is a different species in the hydrangea family. The pure white flowers of Ode Mali planted in Minato Park (Minato 2) show a beautiful contrast with the clear blue sky.
