The dress of flowers on Matsuya Street

Many street trees are planted in Ginza, which gently color your gaze when you take a walk. It seems that the first street trees were planted in Tokyo in the [Ginza] area. It was 1874 (Meiji 7). This year marks the completion of a European-style road in [Ginza Brick Street] and the waves of Civilization and enlightenment began to spread reliably. Did the people at that time enjoy the scent of new culture in the shade of street trees?

"satsuki azalea" blooms vividly on Matsuya-dori, and pretty petals of "dogwood" spread overhead. While being healed by the colors of flowers that are gentle to both eyes and heart, walking around [Ginza] has also become a pleasant season.
