Sento, the oldest public bath in Chuo-ku

It's been a long time. I'm Pan-chan.

Which public baths are the oldest public baths currently operating in Chuo-ku?

It's Konparuyu, located in Ginza 8-chome. I think it became this name because there was a Noh Kinharu Yashiki near the Edo period. Founded in 1863 (1863).
It was a public bath opened in late Tokugawa shogunate, but this year was the time when the political bureau of Shogun Shigeru moved to Kyoto from Edo Tokyo, where there were no generals in Edo at that time and the lives of the townspeople were like.

By the way, the oldest public bath in Tokyo is Akebonoyu in Edogawa-ku. Founded in 1773 (1773). This year was the year when the 11th Shogun Ienari Tokugawa was born.
