I've heard it!
Kyobashi Edgran LIVE CROSSING -Blowing in the Spring Wind ~
I am very satisfied with the pleasant spring breeze and wonderful music!
Hello. It's "Take-chan." You've entered the GW. "Kyobashi Edgran LIVE CROSSING-blowing in the spring breeze-" I have been looking forward to for a long time. On April 28th, Sunday afternoon with a pleasant spring breeze. I've been listening to a wonderful performance!
Since I listened to Kana Fuefuki, Yukari Inoue, and Yoichi Okabe's performances on February 26, 2023 at "LIVE CROSSING ~ Kana Fuefuki SHINOBUE JAZZZ LIVE ~", I'm a recent "Take-chan" who has begun to go to Jazz Live.
Mr. Keizo Kitahara, President of Edgran
"Kyobashi Edgran LIVE CROSSING-blowing in the spring breeze-" started at 16:00. First of all, Mr. Keizo Kitahara, President of Edgran. Next, Teruhisa Kitahara (Keizo's younger brother), who is familiar with the appraisal team, became a navigator and began performing.
Mr. Kitahara performed a wonderful Shinobue with a surprise appearance on the way, holding a handicap that his fingers did not move well with shingles.
※The photo shows Yoichi Okabe, President Kitahara, and Betty Okushima from the left.
Yukari Inoue, who plays Chick Kolia's "Spain"
The first song is Chick Kolia's "Spain". Yukari Inoue, Yoichi Okabe, and Kana Fuefuki who play this highly difficult song perfectly. It's too great!
Yukari Inoue is performing 250 pieces a year as a jazz pianist. He has performed mainly on live spots and has performed with many famous musicians. He appeared as a regular pianist on NHK-BS music program "Splendid Music Friends". According to Teruhisa Kitahara, it is "a very popular azz pianist that is difficult to make reservations."
Jazz Fuefuki with Shinobue!
Kana Fuefuki is a valuable musician who plays Jazz with Japanese musical instruments Shinobue and shakuhachi. Of course, not only Japanese musical instruments, but also as a flute and ocarina player. I play with a variety of air lead instruments. This time, I was fascinated by the outstanding technique.
Sound craftsman! Renowned percussionist Yoichi Okabe
A sound craftsman who uses the sounds of various musical instruments! "Take-chan" is calling it without permission. When I listen to Okabe's performance, I'm impressed every time, "Is there such a variety of percussion instruments?" It is a famous percussionist who gets sick once you listen to it.
Yoichi Okabe met Brazilian music while at university, and has been active as a professional before graduation. It seems that he has also participated in a tour of a super famous idol group.
Elenor-Shee, the fairy of light
Elenor…Hikari Shee…It means a fairy. It seems to be a name with the idea of "I hope we can deliver happiness to many people through music." Mr. Eleanor Sea from Nagoya. Debuted as a JAZZZ / Pop singer, he is currently active mainly in the Tokyo and Tokai regions as a multi-vocalist who expresses express expressively regardless of genre. Sometimes delicate, sometimes powerful and stunning vocals excite the place.
Mr. Betty Okushima
Betty Okushima used to run a piano lounge called "Stop Over" in Jimbo-cho, but he started to stand on stage only after 70 years old. In 2018, Betty Sings Smile was released. The song that Betty Okushima, who has various life experiences, chose at the end of this live is "Smile". Navigator Teruhisa Kitahara also said, "The most important thing in life is laughing."
"Smile" was composed by Chaplin for his movie "Modern Times". The song became even more famous after John Turner Jeffrey Parsons sang with lyrics and Nat King Call. Listening to Betty Okushima's "Smile", I was impressed and energetic.
Teruhisa Kitahara's skillful talk is also the charm of LIVE CROSSING.
Teruhisa Kitahara has a wide range of connections with entertainment and Jazz musicians. Kitahara's skillful talk is also the attraction of LIVE CROSSING. The next LIVE CROSSING will be held on May 3rd (Fri) and May 4th (Sat) during GW.
