The main festival of Teppozu Inari Shrine, which is enshrined in Minato, Chuo-ku, has been held for the first time in six years, and preparations are underway. On the fourth, portable shrine will imperial procession around Ginza.
Preparation for the local festival
Tepposu Inari Shrine is a shrine that has a part of Ginza, Shintomi, Irifune, Minato, Akashicho, and Shinkawa in shrine parishioner, and is the earliest festival in Chuo-ku. This year will be the first main festival in six years since 2018, following the interruption of COVID-19. The preparation was steadily progressing, and Miyamoto's portable shrine was placed in the adjacent gunpow park.
On May 4th, the imperial procession of the shrine parishioner Town Association portable shrine. Ginza and Kabukiza also go around.

The other day, I participated in a lecture at Tepposhu Inari Shrine at Honnomori Chuo, and listened to interesting lectures by Miyaji Nakagawa and Yayoi-kai in shrine parishioner. There was also a recorded video from 1936, and I was surprised that various events of Shinto ritual were held more grandly than ever before. I hope the festival will be very exciting.
