French toast has a fluffy toro texture with egg solution containing matcha soaked to the inside. They are fresh cream, matcha chocolate, matcha powder, and fresh fruits. It's fun to be able to arrange and eat various things as you like. Both French toast and fresh cream are less sweet, so the flavor of matcha stands out. Sprinkling matcha chocolate sauce and matcha powder will give you a rich taste that is irresistible for matcha lovers! The acidity of the fruit was just the right accent, and it was delicious until the end.

The space with table seats faces the rooftop garden of Kabukiza. The bright light coming in through the large window and the view of the garden are pleasant and ideal for refreshing.
