Remotely navigate the beloved Chuo-ku, rosemary sea.

Shiratsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., headquartered in Kobe, Tokyo branch office building is Ginza.

This time, we will tell you about the current of Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm, entitled "Waiting for the Tenku Field, Inanae Planting".

Mr. Yamada, a sales support group at the Tokyo branch office of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., was also taken care of this time.

As part of disseminating sake, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has created "Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm" as a project to make rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building in Ginza, and cultivated its own developed rice "Hakutsurunishiki". I am working on it.

Since 2007, we have been making sake rice on the roof of this building.

(In 2007, 100 planters were completed, the rooftop countryside was completed in 2008.)

Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm, a paddy field of about 110m2 in size, seven large and small.

The soil is lightweight soil for rooftop greening, high-performance soil called "Roof Soil".

Once leveled, that is, flattened, the depth of the soil in the rice field is only 10 cm, which solves the limit of the rooftop load.

Every year, in this shallow rice field, we have been growing rice for sake since 2008.
