When I visited abroad the other day, I had the opportunity to see polydges (porridge made by boiling oatmeal with milk) for breakfast.
I like polydges quite a bit, so I topped with dried fruits and superfoods, and had honey (laughs) that I inadvertently applied too much cheer seed (laughs).

Prior to "Honey Day" on August 3, an event on the theme of honey will be held in Chuo-ku where you can actually sample honey and purchase special products from about 100 kinds of honey. .
That's the "9th Honey Festa 2024" hosted by the Japan Honey Meister Association, which will be held at Ginza Phoenix Plaza (2nd and 3rd floors of Paper and Pulp Hall) from July 26 (Fri) to 28 (Sun)!

In fact, I, who was just a correspondent in Chuo-ku Tourism Association in 2018, also visited the venue and learned the depth of the honey carefully.
Exhibitors explained the characteristics of honey very carefully, and I was able to ask about tips about honey that can not be obtained at supermarkets first, and I thought, "I want to go this every year!"

Due to the effects of infectious diseases, this festival was postponed for a while after the event was held in 2019.
After being held in 2023 for the first time in four years, it was also held this year! I think it will be an event that interests honey lovers more than ever.

Since I participated in this festival in 2018, my antenna for honey has become more sensitive when searching for local honey or purchasing Mead on my travels.
Five years later this year, I would like to go looking for honey that goes well with polydges and museries.
