Tokyo Station was opened in the Taisho era as a central station representing the capital city. Its newness also appears in the addition of a hotel at the station, as it is in West. In conjunction with the Tokyo Architectural Festival, materials related to architecture were specially exhibited in the corridor on the second floor below the circular dome.
Tokyo Station Hotel, the gateway to the Imperial Capital, which was born the year after the opening of Tokyo Station, was designed by Kingo Tatsuno, who was designed by the Bank of Japan, to entertain guests from around the world.
The "Tokyo Station Hotel Special Guide Tour" was a lottery system in advance, so this time we have participated in a special exhibition that can be toured without reservation.
