The promenade is built on both banks of the Sumida River.
When I walked around Eitai Bridge and Kiyosu Bridge, I got on the wind and smelled the tide.
It's a "Hakunan wind" that blows around the end of the rainy season.

It is a refreshing wind that blows in the sky with pure white clouds.
In the shade of the terrace, it is a place for relaxation where pleasant time flows.
It is also fun to look at the unique bridges, and you can enjoy the waterside scenery, such as changing boats and water surfaces.
Don't forget to take measures against heat when you go out.
