The reason for the demolition is that Toei Kaikan is a building completed on September 20, 1960, and it is aging for more than 60 years, so if it is used continuously, large repair costs and renovation costs are expected. . The Toei Kaikan is owned by Toei, both buildings and land, and the development period of the site is planned to be 2025-2029.
