Hatchobori Union imperial procession, Hatchobori 2-chome Nishimachi Association, Closed Report
The Sanno Festival at Hie-jinja Shrine was held for the first time in six years, and on the afternoon of June 9, the Chuo-dori between Kyobashi and Nihonbashi was regulated, and 16 floats and portable shrine imperial procession took place. Prior to the Shimomachi Union imperial procession, imperial procession was held in the morning of the day by 11 portable shrine units between Hie-jinja Shrine auxiliary shrine in Nihonbashikayabacho and Keika Square in Hatchobori.
Eight portable shrine departed from Hie-jinja Shrine in Nihonbashikayabacho, joined the three portable shrines that had been imperial procession in Hatchobori, and walked along the Suzuran Street.

At the Hatchobori Union imperial procession, three portable shrines participated in Hatchobori 2-chome west, Hatchobori 23-chome east, Hatchobori 4-chome east, and imperial procession in Hatchobori 4-chome east. On the west side of Hatchobori 3-chome, we join the portable shrine line departing from Hie-jinja Shrine in Nihonbashikayabacho on behalf of Hatchobori.

Before heading to Sangoro Akiyama Shoten at the confluence point, Hatchobori 2-chome west gathered in front of Hatchobori 2-chome Nishimachi-kai sacred winesho, first greeted by Chairman Yoshida-cho, followed by town chairman, youth Fujikawa, and women's manager Shimizu.

After finishing the downtown imperial procession between Kyobashi and Nihonbashi in the west of Hatchobori 2-chome, we returned to Hatchobori 2-chome Nishimachi-kai sacred winesho afterimperial procession.
Finally, Mr. Yoshida gave words of labor, and the imperial procession in the town was finished safely by hand.
The town council officers have been working on storage of portable shrine since then, and their heads are really down.
The imperial procession between the Hie-jinja Shrine auxiliary shrine in Nihonbashikayabacho and the Keika Square in Hatchobori was a wonderful splendid experience of downtown Tokyo. I hope that this festival, which conveys the history of Edo, will continue for a long time.
