The first goal was "Anchoco Soft" from "Amphini" in Ishikawa Prefecture (701 yen including tax). Organic chocolate soft serve ice cream is rich, but the sweetness is modest and the taste of cacao is firm. On top of that, it is a soft ice cream full of originality with Noto cacao powder, coarse salt, and gold leaf topped. The coarse salt enhances the flavor of chocolate and it's very delicious!
Next is "Anko Tenmai" from "Fujimido" in Tokyo. "Anko Tenmai" (189 yen including tax), which is sandwiched between soy sauce rice crackers and anko, is a very popular souvenir of Tokyo, with its exquisite texture and sweetness of rice crackers. At the "Summer Anko Expo", summer-only "Anko Tenmai Umemi" (241 yen including tax) is also sold! This is sold only for M-I card members, but M-I card can also be enrolled on the day. The plum flavor, which has been added to the sourness of the majourity, combines the three flavors of anko, rice crackers, and dried plums to play a "new taste harmony". Not one of the flavors protruding, but the three flavors created a new taste while claiming each, and it was a taste that I had never tasted before.
The "polka dot mochi" (432 yen) of "Tokyo Shoan" in Kyoto Prefecture is purchased because of its beauty. Mizumochi is made by hardening the prepared water of anko with agar. It has a gentle sweetness and mouthfeel, and it is exquisite when combined with the attached Anko and Kinako! It is a wonderful water confection that not only looks beautiful but also tastes beautiful. I wanted to give this to people too.
Lastly, I would like to introduce "Curry An Donut" (486 yen including tax) of "Tieri Marxra Burangery". This product was the most surprising thing I had this time. This product is limited to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi and can only be purchased here. The combination of "curry" and "anko" itself was my first experience. It looks like curry bread itself. When you imagine sweet curry bread, it was completely different. First of all, this will be completely classified as "Anpan". What is packed inside is a grain bean paste, but it has spices such as cinnamon and ginger, and has a taste that has never been eaten before. That's very delicious! I was surprised that the spice went so well. Curry is also kneaded into the dough, but this is a gentle taste to enhance the bean paste. However, the dough with the firmness was delicious even if it was tasted as a whole bread, and I was impressed with the famous bakery technique. It's delicious far beyond imagination. Whether you like anko or bread, I want everyone to try it, it is my favorite.
