Ramen 2 in Ginza ★Jonan Ramen Shiryu
I don't eat much ramen in Ginza.
I happened to pass by last month, and it was a shop I was interested in.
"Jonan Ramen Shiryu Ginza Store" located around 3-chome in Higashiginza.
Nananosuke Nakamura is a purveyed gourmet.
There was a sign saying it was introduced on TV.
Back oil and garlic can be selected from "None" to "Low", "Normal" or "More".
You can also choose the thickness and hardness of the surface.
I chose a spicy ramen called red purple dragon, but even more spicy.
The red ramen came out because I chose it.
I thought it was a little too hot
It was delicious and sweaty (laughs).
It's like this by topping with glue and boiled eggs.
I made the noodles thin noodles, but it's quite thin.
It might have been better to make the hardness of the noodles hard.
And I feel healthy because it contains a lot of vegetables (laughs).
The photo at the bottom right shows 3 kinds of toppings for ordinary Shiryu ramen.
Inbound customers are coming back in Ginza.
There were quite a few foreign tourists in the ramen shop.
As I saw in some questionnaire, the number one Japanese food that foreigners visiting Japan ate during their stay was ranked first.
As expected, it is sushi, but ramen is ranked 4th and seems to be popular with foreigners.
