This time, I would like to introduce a coffee specialty store called "Konami Coffee" near Suitengu.
After a long time, I was walking around the Suitengu Shrine and found an unfamiliar shop.
As I approached, the fragrant scent of coffee drifted, and I stepped into the store as if I were sucked in.
There are 30 kinds of beans in the store, and a lot of raw beans are displayed, each with a tag with the producer country and numbers.
This shop doesn't just sell coffee beans, but you can choose how to roast and draw raw beans you buy according to your own taste.
After worrying about which raw beans to use, I told my taste that it was well-balanced, and I recommended "Pablo Vellasukes", an organic fair trade product from Nicaragua, rich and refreshing aftertaste. Was.
Roasting (roast) ranges from 3 to 8, which means that the same raw beans can be brought out in many flavors and aromas.
This time, I asked for the 6 recommended by the shop.
(Because it is ground at home, it was roasted.)
To roast after receiving an order, there is a little waiting time, but it is good to look at the raw beans while being wrapped in the scent of coffee, or to spend your time sitting on a chair in the store.
When I asked when it opened, it was Christmas last year.
There are not many cafes and coffee shops near Ningyocho and Suitengu, but there are few shops where you can buy freshly roasted beans according to your own taste, so it is an unbearable shop for coffee lovers. Of course, take-out is also OK!
I was happy to hear the polite response of the shop that told me that I love coffee, and it became one of my favorite shops.
