Hiroshige Utagawa Residence (High Level Historic Site Explanation Signboard)

A while ago, a drama about Hiroshige Utagawa (*) was broadcast on NHK.

(※) Hiroshige Utagawa (1797-1858): Ukiyo-e artist from the Edo period. Famous for landscape paintings and famous paintings, the representative works include "53rd Tokaido" and "100 famous Edo Views", and there are many works depicting the Chuo-ku area.

I was immediately affected and was doing various research on the Internet, and I knew that there was a site of Hiroshige Utagawa residence in Kyobashi, so I went to the site immediately.

However, the difficulty of finding this historic site explanation signboard is high level. 。 。

The location is located just after passing through the Artizon Museum and TODA BUILDING, which is currently under construction.

Actually, one photo attached to this green plate.

This is the explanation of the historical site. 。 。 。

I went around the same place without thinking that it was the same line as the building's architectural plan.

It seems that the historical site explanation signboard has been temporarily removed for construction.

There was no problem because the explanation could be read without any problems, but it took a long time to find it. 。 。

Please be careful when you visit!

When I went there, the building with the Artizon Museum is also large, but the TODA BUILDING currently under construction is also quite large. (Left: Artizon Museum, right: TODA BUILDING)

The blue sky that Mr. Hiroshige saw was completely narrower. If you look at the current scenery, you will be surprised.
