After all, it is eel in summer. ★Niyorosuke Ginza

It is said that this year's Earth Ox Day is July 24 and August 5.
I ate eel early on the night of the 13th, while the shops were not crowded!

When I was investigating where to go this year, I found a shop with an interesting name.

"Nyorosuke Ginza" is located at 6-chome.

I happened to find it on a break, but there was also a small bowl in the appetizer of Umaki / Boiled / Uzaku.
It costs 7500 yen for eel weight (1 fish), liver sucking, incense, sweetness, and even one drink.
It was a very expensive course.

The restaurant also has an atmosphere like an eel shop from the Edo period.
When I opened the door, there were about 2 pairs of take-out customers.
I thought, "Oh, I'd like to take it home when I'm near."

I went through a private room on the second floor, so the outside is bright and bright.
It was very slow.

The main eel weight is a local grilled kabayaki, which is rare in Kanto.
I love the aroma of this savory surface!

Since there was a drink, drink soda split of potato shochu with appetizers.
After that, I ordered a special pure rice sake called Nyorosuke, which was affixed to the wall for eel weight.
I was pouring it all the way. And after all, it was perfect for eel.

The appetizers are a little bit by little, but they were all delicious.
It was a very satisfying eel making course.
