The World of Komari
Tokyo Art Antique, which is held every spring, is a fun event. Above all, you will forget the time when you look at the many old Imari of Maesaka Kaikaido in Nihonbashi.
There was a 5-day exhibition from October 11th to 15th this fall.
Old Imari
It is the first porcelain in Japan that was born in Hizen Arida during the Edo period. The gorgeous brocade was made for domestic use in the Genroku era as a high-class tableware for the privileged class of the time, such as Australian farmers and Australian merchants.
Kakiemon
The base created by Kakiemon is soft and warm pure white, which enhances the color picture. This white refers to rice sharpening juice in the dialect of the Saga region of "Nigoshi".
The brave tiger looking at the flowers of peony and wisteria hakama is strange and windy.
Kakiemon was sent from Imari Port as a high-class tableware at the time, attracting the royal nobles of Europe. The strong king of August of Germany was strongly influenced by Kakiemon and was included in the collection, and the high technology and aesthetic sense of the Japanese contributed to the birth of "Meissen porcelain".
Kokutani and Yoshidaya
Dennemon Toyoda opened the Yoshidaya kiln in 1824 in order to revive Kokutani, which has been passed down to the Kaga and Maeda families. This year will be 200 years. Yoshidaya kiln has great achievements, and since then many kilns have been made in Kaga and developed into a major ceramic industry, which has been passed down to the present Kutani porcelain. Among the colored porcelains, it is highly valued along with Kakiemon, Komari, and Iro Nabeshima, and is known for its colorful overpainting.
Nabeshima
During the Edo period, vessels made with high technology as kilns for the Nabeshima family of the Saga clan were prized as gifts and gifts.
The photo is "Nabeshima Colored Chicken Head Bun 5-sun dishes", and is a valuable dish for five customers with three chicken heads flowers and female turf. Chicken head is a kissho flower that means success in China, and it has been written in Manyoshu as an autumn flower since ancient times in Japan.
Nabeshima is a porcelain representing Japan in the same Saga prefecture, but unlike Imari ware sent from Japan and abroad, it was produced only in kilns that were limited to gifts and gifts by the order of feudal lord. It is said that Okawachi, where the kiln was located, was also called a "secret kiln village" to prevent leakage of technology.
The pattern is excellent composition using familiar subjects such as plants and vegetables, precise techniques and beautiful colors, and works that could only be picked up by the palace in the past have exceeded 400 years `` Maesaka Kaikaido '' It blooms in.
