The stalls of the Nihonbashi Ebisu course "Bettara City"
I went to "Betara-shi" of Nihonbashi Ebisuko.
What is "Betara City"? At the market held in October every year, the specialty is a sweet pickles called "betta pickles".
It is one of the big events in the Nihonbashi area, and about 400 stalls will be exhibited.
Of course, Betara City's notable point is "Betara Pickled", but there are many long-established companies in the region. In the Kodemmacho and Ningyocho areas, there are many shops where you can line up, but those shops have stalls, making it easy to purchase products.
It looks like a dream.
Every year, I also wonder where to buy this year, but this time I purchased Koharuken's product.
Koharuken is a long-established Western-style restaurant founded in Ningyocho in 1912, and is famous for its colorful katsudon.
There were three types of products sold (Kushikatsu, croquettes, shrimp fries).
I was surprised to hear that the president was in charge of fly during the time I purchased it.
This time, I and my child purchased kushikatsu x 1 and croquette x 1.
I went home and ate it, so I had a little time left, but even when it cooled, the croquettes were crispy and very delicious. The food was excellent.
What I personally liked is Kushikatsu.
The texture of the onion remained firmly, and the meat was soft.
(I was able to eat Oita by my child, but I should have bought a little more. 。 。)
When you go to Betara City, please find your favorite food stall!
