For one year from this day, one bundle of first ears is offered to Kamimae as tax (Kakechikara: dedicated rice ears, "power" refers to tax and is considered to be old tribute). .                      At 13:00, in front of the lion hall, as part of the food education transmitted from Tsukiji, a food town, the dedication of the `` Shijo-ryu kitchen knife type '' that handles fish without touching with bare hands, which has been held in the shrine since ancient times It was done.          Eboshi, wearing a troupe, sitting in front of a chopping board, holding a kitchen knife in the right hand and a fish chopsticks in the left hand, and using chopsticks and kitchen knives skillfully, cutting, serving, and dedicating to God without touching any votive offering. By the way, the fish that was handled on this day was sea bream.                         On the day of the event, a crepe-worked “fruit conkon guard” was awarded to thank the fruits of autumn and a vermilion seal stamp limited to the Hatsuho Matsuri. In front of shrine office, sake was served instead of the originally planned Nigori sake “Koho”.
