Ginza Street, a restaurant adjacent to the UNIQLO Ginza store. It's a shop I wanted to enter for a long time.
On the day of Koharu weather in November, we entered the store at 13:00 to avoid congestion so as not to bother you.
I visited by myself, but because the seats were vacant, I was guided to a table for four people.

Colorful salad. If you look closely, the cucumbers are not only cut thinly, but also engraved on stripes on the way.
Ginseng is thinly sliced like paper, and after a glimpse of the essence of craftsmen, I thought it was a divine work.
Tomato cream sauce of Omar shrimp
Omar shrimp was served on the table with boiled pasta and steam.
The Omar shrimp was about the size of my middle finger.
Omar shrimp have also eaten St.Johns on Newfoundland Island, Martinique, Guadeloupe, San Martin and Paris in French. When the taste of pasta cream sauce on this day was close to the taste of lobster termidor, which I ate on Paris and the Caribbean islands, I was happy and smiled and seemed to fall.
The pasta sauce left on the plate was very delicious, so when I ordered bread, I baked a very delicious baguette and served it (an additional charge of 300 yen). I scooped the sauce with bread and finished it neatly.
Coffee and delicious dessert
The coffee was espresso espresso espresso. It was served in a cute cup, a little smaller than a regular coffee cup, not a demitas cup. The cake is also delicious and satisfying.
